All the straps needed shortening from 6 to 8 inches and we made a major modification on the shoulder harness anchor strap... The anchor strap hardware was discarded and the strap shortened significantly... The strap remnant was used to spread the shoulder straps and provide a head stop for our taller pilots as seen below...
